Review:

When you finally move past the entry-level Guns, you are ready to upgrade to high-end Guns that will give you the extra edge during every Airsoft Game, which will give you a better chance towering over others in Airsoft Games.

Once you are tired of the Springs and Electrics of the Airsoft World, you come to Gas Guns, which are the real deal. They are the biggest, the baddest and the most powerful Airsoft Guns that will surely propel you to new heights.

KWA makes high-end Airsoft Guns, and has been in the business for quite some time now. It is known for its high build quality, it realistic Designs and durability.

We take a look at the KWA Kriss Vector, and see if it is worth your money.

  • Gas Powered Gun
  • Made from High-Quality Materials
  • Licensed Trademarks
  • Reduced Recoil

The Kriss Vector is a Gas-Powered Airsoft Gun, modeled after the real-life Kriss Vector and it is made from high-quality Materials, both on the inside and the outside. KWA prides itself on its precision, and it really shows in the Kriss Vector.

KWA has actually worked together with Kriss, to make the experience as authentic and as realistic as possible. There are even licensed Kriss Vector Trademarks stamped on, making the whole experience a lot more authentic.

KWA uses Polymer in the body of the Kriss Vector, thus striking the perfect compromise between price and durability. Unlike some other guns, KWA hasn’t overused Metal in the Kriss Vector’s Construction, and uses Metal in the right places, making the Kriss Vector lighter and comfortable to use over longer periods of time.

KWA has adopted a system developed by Kriss that reduces recoil, making it easier to recover from each shot.

On the inside, the machinery is all metal, to increase durability. Its parts are ambidextrous, and it features adjustable hop-up and adjustable sights, so that you can set things just right. It is extremely accurate too, and uses gas efficiently. The Barrel sometimes gets misaligned with the sights, however, so you have to look out for that.

It can fire at a rate of 390FPS with 0.2g BBs and Green Gas, which is very good, and can fire in semi-automatic and Automatic Modes, along with a special mode for  firing two shots one after the other (a burst shot, basically).

The magazines for the Kriss Vector, are a bit of a rarity, and even then offer low ammo than other magazines.

Pros:

  • Uses Metal only where it is needed
  • Looks Good and Feels Good
  • High Accuracy and Range
  • Reduced Recoils, and Burst Shot Modes

Cons:

  • Barrel sometimes gets misaligned with the sights
  • The magazines are hard to find, and are of low capacity

Overall, the Kriss Vector is a very good Airsoft Gun, but not the best. You may face a few niggles in the usage of the Vector, and you should look elsewhere if you are looking for a Gun that has solid Construction and that stores more ammo.

If you are looking for an Airsoft Gun that offers an experience that is as close to the real thing as possible, has a great Design that does not overuse Metal, and is accuracy-calibrated out of the box, then the KWA Kriss Vector is the right Gun for you.
